Returns

  1. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be returned in their original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges

  1. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@anaraskincare.shop with your order details and product photos.
  2. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  2. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
